• Prices are based on the stay of 2 or 3 adults ( depending on which category of apartment ) per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• There is an additional charge of 30% for accommodation for less than 3 nights.
• All prices include V.A.T.

Local taxes are not included: Our prices are dependent on season, number of persons, apartment type and length of stay.

Reductions for children and young persons

Free of charge! All children under 2 years stay free of charges in the beds provided.

For the use of the additional sleeping couches ( pull out beds in the living area ):

• 70% reduction for children 2 - 6 years
• 50% reduction for children 7 - 13 years
• 30% reduction for young persons 14 - 17 years

Pets

Pets are allowed on requestt.
Charges may be made. 10 euro per pet, per night.

Reservation and Payment

Reservations are confirmed as a fixed booking after the receipt of your deposit.
A deposit of 30% is requested in the form of a bank transfer.
ln the event of a cancellation the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee.

Payment will be followed in the local currency KUNA (HRK) at the exchange rate on the day of paying
